Families have high quality and easy access to local public health services in their community, school, family home or at our Family Hubs and Delivery Sites.

Care Navigation Service

Patients over the age of 16 years can now access a care navigation service.

This free service is delivered in partnership by Community Agents Essex, Age UK Essex and the Provide Essex Lifestyle Service. If you are struggling with a non clinical issue and it is impacting on your health and wellbeing. You can self refer to the service telephone 0300 303 9988 Monday to Friday.


Law on Driving Having Taken Certain Drugs

The law on driving after taking certain drugs (including  some  medicines). This law states that it is an offence to drive with certain drugs above specified levels in the body, whether your driving is impaired or not.

8am to 9am and 2pm to 8pm Monday to Friday

9am to 5pm Saturday to Sunday

Usually x-ray patients that turn up outside of these times but advise them it may be a lengthy wait as we have our inpatient service running.

8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

HERTS AND ESSEX HOSPITAL BISHOPS STORTFORD
