Practice Manager

Beth is our Practice Manager who is responsible for managing all of the business aspects of the practice, such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Beth joined the Practice in September 2024 having worked and managed Primary Care settings since 2012.

Cheryl Glenister

Deputy Practice Manager

Cheryl has been at The Ross Practice since April 2000 having worked at the Practice for over 25 years. Cheryl has worked her way up to management.

The deputy manager is here to assist and ensure the smooth running of the practice and to assist the practice manager in the operational management of the practice.
