IMPORTANT NOTICE RE TELEPHONE SYSTEM
Dear Patients
We are having a further upgrade to our current cloud-based telephony system week starting 12th June with a go live date of 2.00pm Wednesday 14th June 2023.
On Monday 12th June there will be some down of approximately 15 minutes whilst there is a router swap out.
We apologise for any unintentional inconvenience this may cause. Please remember if your contact with us is not urgent, then please use our on-line facility located on this website.
The upgrade will provide several enhancements to the current system, however the most beneficial part of the upgrade for our patients will be a call back option.
Please bear with us whilst our staff become familiar with the new system.
