The Ross Practice is proud to still offer a “next day” collection service for routine repeat prescriptions. Please help us to retain this service by using it for agreed repeat medication and giving us accurate requests.

drugsSmall.jpgYou may request your medication either in person, by ticking the items required on the Prescription tear-off slip and bringing it into the surgery, via our website, or by telephone on our Prescription line 0844 5769426 between 9am and 12 noon and then 1pm and 5pm.  Please note that prescriptions ordered between 5pm on Friday and 9am on Monday will not be ready until after 3pm Tuesday as they are not received by us until Monday morning.

Written requests are preferred, as confusion & misunderstandings are reduced. Please state clearly the medication & dose you require.

Alternatively, you may request your repeat by post, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope. Please give additional notice at Bank Holidays or if you are going away and require changes to your normal request.

We make every effort to have the prescription ready for collection after 3.00p.m the following working day.

The Practice now operates a Prescription Collection Service with local chemists. Please ask the Pharmacist when you take in your prescription.
