Getting Involved
The GP Partners and staff at The Ross Practice are keen to ensure that our patients are actively involved in deciding how health services they use should develop and cater for their individual and group needs in the future.
We are keen to provide patients with the opportunity to express their views, and with this in mind, we have set up a Patient Participation Group. The aim of the group is to give patients, GPs and practice staff an opportunity to exchange ideas and information, and then to take action.
By engaging patients we hope that we can consider ideas such as:
- Health information updates
- Consulting with patients on their experiences and their views on how services could be changed or improved.
