Notice of Annual General Meeting

Monday 23rd March 2015

7.00pm

Ross Practice Waiting Room

It is that time of year again when it is possible to hear where your money raised through donations, raffle donations, tombola etc has been spent.

The meeting will be opened with a talk from Ros Clark who was a volunteer at the 2012 Olympic Games

Once we have carried out the usual but necessary election of Officers and Committee, there will also be a report from our practice Manager.

Then we offer you an open forum where questions or comments can be voiced, giving a splendid opportunity for you to air any concerns or compliments you may have.

Light refreshments provided by The Ross Practice at the end of the meeting.
