Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered via the website, in person or via the prescription line 01279 215354 and choose option 2

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS REQUESTED ON OR AFTER 1.12.12 WILL NOT BE READY FOR COLLECTION FOR 48 HOURS. IF THERE IS A QUERY WITH YOUR REQUEST, IT MAY TAKE LONGER FOR THE DOCTOR TO AUTHORISE.  - THE PARTNERS OF THE ROSS PRACTICE 11.10.12

 

PLEASE NOTE: Prescription requests made via the website will not be actioned until the following working day.  If you order at the weekend, the request will not be picked up until the Monday, or the Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday weekend.

 

Home visits
If you are genuinely unable to attend the surgery, we will visit you at home. Please make your request by 10.00a.m, so we can plan our rounds. Calls made after 12.30p.m will be dealt with by the Duty Doctor.

Out of Hours
We belong to PELC, a London based on-call service which uses the services of some local GP’s.  Please call: 01279 215354

 

Test Results
Please telephone after 11.00a.m if you wish to find out the results of your blood test, x-ray, urine sample etc.

Important News regarding Herts and Essex X-ray Department


No walk-in x-ray service for non-urgent GP patients at Herts & Essex Community Hospital

Monday 15 December – Wednesday 24 December 2014

 

This is due to improvement works.

 

Alternative x-ray walk-in services will be available at:

 

 

Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow

8am-8pm, Monday to Friday

St Margaret’s Hospital, Epping

9am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday (open until 8pm on Wednesday)

 

 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

We anticipate that the conversion of the Radiology Department into a digital service will allow us to provide a better service for your patients going forward.
